Understand the financing before you fall for the house.
First-time or fifth-time, every purchase is different. The goal of the first conversation is simple: know what’s realistic for you, and know what happens next.
Five moments where a loan officer actually matters.
Jared to confirm each step reflects his process.
A first conversation
Your goals, timeline, and how a monthly payment should feel. No documents, no credit pull.
Your numbers, explained
How price, down payment, and payment fit together for you, and what changes if any of them move.
Pre-approval, when you’re ready
A preliminary review of income, assets, and credit so you can shop in the right range and make offers sellers take seriously.
Questions during the search
A specific house, a counteroffer, a number that doesn’t add up. Jared is the person you call.
Application to closing
Once you’re under contract, the formal application happens on the lender’s secure portal, and Jared works the file with you and your agent through closing day.
What it is, and what it isn’t.
A pre-approval is a lender’s preliminary review of your income, assets, and credit. It gives you a realistic sense of what you may qualify for and shows sellers you’re serious.
It is not a final approval or a commitment to lend. Final approval depends on full underwriting, the property, an appraisal, and program guidelines, which can change.
Submitting an inquiry on this page is not an application and does not guarantee approval. Loan programs are discussed with you directly; none are listed here until Jared confirms what he can offer.
Tell Jared what you’re working on.
A couple of minutes. Jared will follow up with you directly.
